Our Story
Every great brand begins with a moment of clarity. A realization that something better is possible. For us, that moment came from a frustration with conventional skincare: products loaded with preservatives, stabilizers, and synthetic fillers that promised results but delivered compromise. We knew there was another way.
So we went back to the elements. To the roots, seeds, and botanicals that have nourished skin for centuries. MI ELEMÉNTE — my elements — is our answer: a line of intentional, ingredient-forward oils crafted for those who believe that what is natural is powerful.
At the heart of MI ELEMÉNTE is Melinda, a certified herbalist with over 15 years of devotion to plant-based healing and a Vice President of Marketing who continues to help build celebrated hospitality and lifestyle brands across the globe.
Her journey into natural skincare began long before her corporate career as a young girl crafting body scrubs and oils by hand, gifting them to friends and family each holiday season. The joy and glowing feedback she received planted a seed. Though she put her dream on hold to focus on a demanding career, she never let go of her passion. Years later, she decided to follow her heart and pursue her calling with intention and purpose.
Melinda deepened her practice by studying herbalism in Costa Rica under Sarah Wu, the renowned herbalist featured in Down to Earth with Zac Efron on Netflix. Combining her creative background and herbal education, she founded MI ELEMÉNTE, a brand rooted in regenerative herbalism, sustainability, and conscious self-care.
For Melinda, skincare is more than a routine, it’s a sacred ritual that nurtures the body, calms the spirit, and reconnects us to nature. Through MI ELEMÉNTE, she shares her recipes, knowledge, and passion to inspire others to embrace beauty as a mindful, healing experience.
